We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where required by law.
To open an account, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident or entity authorized to conduct business in the applicable jurisdiction, and provide accurate, complete identification information as required by applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
All transactions are subject to verification, authorization, and applicable regulatory review. coatsalbark reserves the right to decline, hold, or reverse any transaction that appears fraudulent, violates these Terms, or is subject to a legal order. Fees applicable to your account type are disclosed in the Fee Schedule provided at account opening and updated periodically with advance notice.
By creating an account, you consent to receive account notices, disclosures, and statements electronically. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing, though withdrawal may affect your ability to use certain online services.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on coatsalbark platforms are the exclusive property of coatsalbark or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, unauthorized data harvesting, or any activity that disrupts or interferes with our systems or other users. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
Your use of coatsalbark services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our stated privacy practices.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While coatsalbark takes reasonable steps to ensure service reliability and security, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Financial information provided through our platforms is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coatsalbark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to coatsalbark in the three months preceding the claim.
coatsalbark may suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or inactivity, with notice where legally required. You may close your account at any time subject to the account closure procedures described in your account agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which coatsalbark is chartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, as specified in your account agreement.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and, where required, by direct communication. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
